Terms of Service

We start with a free 30-minute strategy call, with no card on file. We talk through your business and map out exactly what your website needs. If you decide not to move forward after the call, you owe us nothing and we both walk away — no charge, no obligation.

When you sign up — on or after your call — we charge a one-time $199 setup fee. It covers your build sprint: custom design, domain setup, go-live, and getting your business set up on Google. It is charged once, only when you choose to sign up.

Once your site is live, the service is $99 per month, everything included: hosting, SSL, your custom domain, unlimited edits, and support from a real human team. There is no contract and no minimum term. Plan details are confirmed on your call before you pay anything.

Cancel anytime — no cancellation fee, no notice period. When you cancel, your site comes down at the end of your billing period and your domain transfers to you. The domain is registered in your name, so you keep it either way.

Your subscription includes unlimited edits with no revision caps — send us changes and we typically turn them around within 24–48 hours. “Unlimited” means unlimited reasonable updates to your own site: text, photos, services, pages, and layout tweaks. It does not cover building separate additional websites, work for other businesses, or requests unrelated to your site. In practice, we have never had to invoke this clause — ask for what you need.

Once your site is live and your account is in good standing, the site is yours. Your domain is registered in your name from day one. If you leave, the domain goes with you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta.
